Deposit and Cancellation Policy. To guarantee your reservation we charge the amount of the first night's room charge (taxes not included) to your credit card. If you select a package the entire amount is charged as the deposit. To receive a refund you must cancel by 6pm, at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. That is, if you are arriving on Thursday, you must cancel by 6pm of the previous Thursday to receive a refund. No reservation can be canceled  within this 7 day period.
